How it Works

The Lime Survey add-on offers a standard integration between Lime Marketing and Lime CRM. This integration gives the user the option to synchronize Lime Marketing and CRM, transferring and displaying all survey questions and responses in CRM. This makes it easy to follow up on results in CRM and see key data in one place!

Survey responses

Create your survey in Lime Marketing and add the fields you're interested in.

When the survey is complete activate the Lime CRM integration for a survey in Lime Marketing and it's transferred to Lime CRM along with it's questions. (The questions will always be updated when new form responses are created in Lime CRM)

Send out the link or post it somewhere for the respondents to take part of the survey. When responses are submitted to Lime Marketing they will be transferred to Lime CRM.

In many cases you want the survey form response to be related to something in Lime CRM (person, coworker, company etc.)

This can be automatically done by the addon after some configuration and by having an email field in the survey.

Follow up

With Lime CRM it's easy to filter out responses that fulfill a certain critiera.
