  • Requires isolated application using lime-crm >=2.437.0

On-premise

  • Lime CRM Server: >=2022.3.1015 (2.437.0)
  • Since limepkg-survey is based on custom endpoints Lime Marketing needs external access to the Lime CRM server. Make sure the web client is accessible via IP or a hostname from outside their hosting environment. This requires changes from their IT department. More info here.

Lime Marketing

  • Make sure you have a Lime Marketing app.
  • Make sure the survey module is activated

Before you proceed

  • Is limepkg-survey installed on the server?
  • (on-prem) Can we access the web client externally?
  • Do you have a Lime Marketing app for the customer?
  • Is the survey module activated in the Lime Marketing app?
