Common Issues

Lime Marketing shows an error when configuring endpoint URL and API key

Solution

This can be due to many reasons - try these steps to get a hint on whats wrong?

1. The addon is installed and accessible via Lime Admin?
2. Can you save the config in Lime Admin?
3. Check error logs for messages
4. (on-prem) The Lime Server is accessible from Lime Marketing hosting environment? More info here
5. The URL is correctly formatted and the application name is correct? More info here
6. The API-key is correct?
7. The user associated with the API-key is active?
8. The user associated with the API-key has all the required permissions? More info here

Survey reponses are not being reported back to Lime CRM

Solution

Make sure the integration is activated for the survey in Lime Marketing and that the corresponding survey exists in Lime CRM

Also check webserver logs for errors.
